Works good now, what kind of overdrive do you think you can get out of the stock yamaha clutch, do you think .90 or .95

That will depend on Belt length, and engine alignment and or Center to Center distance.

Belts can vary in length up to 1/4 inch.

All this will affect your ratios.

Yes, spot on. I put in the gearing I have on my Nytro right now and it was exactly right. Good stuff Ted.
