My dealer is already working on a price for a sidewinder RTX le. It is a lot of money, but obviously I like the horse power and I think that they were very wise going with the shocks over the floats. They have a top notch suspension with the fastest sled on the market, how can you go wrong?

BUT with that price I could do a lot more to the viper..... it looks good and I really would like to have one. but I'm not made of money and just got the viper. I think I will hold off for now and see what people think once more people get them on some snow.

Blue Ltx or xtx for me! Price is high - may wait a year. I have an Ulmer tuned 10-18lb push turbo xtx with overdrive clutches and gearing- 459 miles. Lots of dough with lots of power. Time will tell!

- Bought a new 05 Vector which I still have
24K miles
Wait n see how the sled is doing and if all is well, look for a leftover. Same as I did on a 2005 Vector. The 137" Deluxe version for me....don't remember the model designation.

2006 Apex RTX
Waiting for web site to cool down first to get some info. Are there track options? That's huge for me. Is the RTX rough trail? Is this updated Viper or very different? More questions than answers right now. I have $15,000 to spend. Not $15,000 then new ski's, mid-windshield & track & bags. I'll poke in Viper section to see if 129'' or 137''...i'm overwhelmed! HELP!!!!!!

After reading some of the motor features and the OBD system that is on a snowmobile now with a turbo I don't feel the least bit twitchy about buying one at all. They listened and delivered one hell of a line-up with options that fit every rider out there IMO. I am really impressed. Just dont know about the price level we are at ??? But its what we asked for.... I thought when I bought my 07 Apex that 10 grand was crazy... We are looking at approaching doubling the cost of performance since 2007-8...
Looks like bodywork is narrower at knees. Hoping it allows a little more rider forward position.

Obviously the motor is brand new, it also has brand new clutches and it no longer uses the floats. It has the Quick Adjust q sr3 with the kiamesha or whatever coating. The rear skid has some of the best shots you can buy, and probably the best shock setup you can get stock.Waiting for web site to cool down first to get some info. Are there track options? Do you guys think the shocks are worth the upgrade over the se to the le? What else is different between the two besides the shocks? I was kind of hoping that Yamaha was going to keep this engine for us and not give it to cats because we gave them our last engine, but there is a picture of a sticker that Arctic Cat has for A sticker that has a 999cc triple turboed 4 stroke. So I guess there goes that idea of it just being for us
