Spider set screws no longer machined?

I bought a clutch rebuild kit for my Apex. New spider has no set screw holes machined in it to keep the roller bushings from rotating like the factory. Manufacturing defect or deemed no longer necessary?

Figured it out. They included orings in the kit to take up the end play rather than set screws...may be doing some drilling and tapping.
