Spindle bushings

Can someone tell me the easiest way to change these on an 09 nytro

Use a flat screwdriver and a hammer to knock the old ones out..
I used wd-40 to loosen my bushings from the spindle before knocking them out.. They were pretty hard to get out..

Hammer and a sharp chisel work well but there a pain to get out.

Mods....Would be great to have the above install thread added to Nytro FAQS ....common problem on the Nytro.
