After seaching a few different places, I finally found the torque values for the nuts depending on what backers you're using.
I thought that it may be a good idea to make a "Sticky Post" with each manufactures recommendation for their particular backer.
Here's what I found, please feel free to add to it as necessary.
Woody's Aluminum Double Digger: 2ply= 15ft-lbs
Stud Boy Superlite Backers: 36 in-lbs (3ft-lbs) DO NOT EXCEED 40 in-lbs as per Stud Boy
