Has anyone come up with any shielding to protect the exhaust from being cut into on a 2014 RS venture GT? When looking for tunnel protectors, they didn’t make for this year/ model... talked to yamaha engineers, they said not designed to be studded.... I saw one studded and they said no issues... so, I went against engineers advice and studded, and now have cut into two outter pipes. Anyone have any tricks to protecting? Thanks

There are tunnel protectors for them. Fitment even says for 2014 RS Venture GT.

Mine was equipped with studs and protectors. Ripped it all out when I switched to a 1.5" track which would rub on the protectors.
