Sub Frame gusset kit VIDEO

Did a gusset kit before I join the bent sub frame club.

Looks great! I know im gonna kick myself in the butt when mine bends, but im just to lazy to strip the sled down...Ill do it when it happens

What's the opinion on whether this can be done with a arms on and subframe still on the sled? Could it be done from underneath, if the sled was on a lift?

Yeah you could do it, would it be as strong or maybe as clean looking for welds probably not.
It could be done in the sled but might pepper the sled with welding slag / sparks= melted plastic
