Nice ... great to see an Apex S/C running strong. Keep those videos coming.
I think you got gyped on the boost gauge!
It only goes to 15#

So Ulmer ... whaddya think? ... pretty good example of what a properly setup SC should run like ... GEMS controller, 45*F, 8500ft, Set at 1.5-4-4-4-4-4 ... used all 4lbs of nitrous ... 6.5 mpg (98% boondocking and climbing on the bottle)

- None, looking now!
Hammer,
What's this GEMS controller?
What's this GEMS controller?
GEMS is MPIs latest version fuel controller ... I was told it has more user range of adjustment and it's able to accept and process more input signals ... I can't tell the difference from the original controller with the version 11 programming I had ... Of course my conditions haven't changed so my settings are nearly identical ... The next gen controller will have a microprocessor that is 100x faster than the current one and will be able to remove fuel not just add fuel ... I don't think I'll buy it ... This one is working fine for me.
See my post here for more fuel controller info:

HAMMER, that vid looks pretty good! I went to order one of those cameras and they are on BACKORDER! How much did that baby set you back?
$350.00 ... They are pretty hard to get because they are new for 2008 ... I pre-ordered mine in November and just now got it ... I am disappointed in it's all-around performance but it does serve it's intended purpose in my case (watches my gauges so I can watch where I'm going hehehehe) ... The AVI files it creates are huge ... Example: 2-min of video is 53Mb ... When you compress them down to a reasonable or shareable size, say 10Mb, the picture quality (sharpness) goes right out the window ... The camera lens is non-focusing, fixed focal length, or whatever you call it so it's piss poor for filming anything at any distance ... If you want scenery footage or video of anything that's more than about 50ft away this is NOT the camera for you.

Good to know Hammer, for that price it didn't seem like the quality was all that great IMO! I will do some more researching and see what I can find!

Anybody have any experience with the Viosport POV.1? This was the setup I was looking at. Just curious what anybody thinks of it before I commit $700 to the purchase.

Jim -- Taking a look at the video and specs from that Vio website they look about the same, video quality, frames per second, lense, etc ... The "one size fits all" non-adjustable focal length camera lens is the showstppper for me ... My friends cheap little Sony P200 digital camera takes better video than my video specific camera.
