I took a look at my primary, thats allready rigged with supertips.
2 of the arms are thigt and a bit hard to move, and then there is one that is "loose".
I can move this "sideways", and its realy easy to move "inn and out".

When i took them out, i fitted the lock pin troug the arm and 2 are thight and one is "loose", so the "problem" is the arm(s) or pin(s).
Anyhow, is this normal?
I guess the movement sideways is 1-2mm...

Sled works with no problems that i know of now :)

Your arms should all move freely, with no tolerance for side to side moving. If you were to grab the tip of the arm with your finger tips, you should not be able to wiggle them left, right, left, right. And like i said, you obviously don't want them sticking.
Kind of surprising for the way they are put together now days. They have a pin that can rotate, a collar over that, that can rotate, and the arm itself that rotates. On the older ones, the pin didn't even rotate, and there was no collar. Everything depended on the arm, and the bushing in the arm. You HAD TO keep them clean. People use to 'oil' clutches back then too, and that to me is a big dust collecting, sticky, gooey mistake.

Guess that it's a manufacturing issue that one of them moves sideways.

I'm not sure if the others are too thigt, but the only reason for them to be thigt is the "shims"(or what its callet) thats between the arm and the clutch, cause these are the ones that "grab on the arm" and make it stick a bit. Seems like its not "worn in".

The kit has been running for about 800km so they cannot be worn out :)

Maby email to the manufacturer is the way to go?
