Try to make it quieter than stock for long trail rides. Not ready yet but it very doable.

I think it requires 121 - 137 extension, could be quite silly looking if mufflers goes longer back than stock bumber.

My DIY rearbumber is quite ugly, need to do better looking or at least paint it black :D

I like it!
Needs a little finishing and clean up.
But your on the right track to making it unique.

I will make sides closed like in this picture, tested with just black cardboard.

Could be also somekind tight net like it is in hood opens.

I see you are using the rear bumper you made as the coolant crossover. Are you sure you want to leave the hitch there? That could spell disaster.

Not sure of that bumber at all. Just made it quickly {and ugly} to get room for exhaust piping. It is allready second version of rear bumber after tunnel and track extension.

Coolant crossover cant be either anymore original place because track almost bottoming top of tunnel extension.

I have to remove "bowl" under stock muffler too.

Skid is Lynx PPS with greater suspension movements than stock mono.

Well.........................it's different which is cool!!!!
I don't think it will be quieter
Might even weigh more
Maybe it will get rid of the drone at low speeds

I can tell you this:
You're the FIRST person altering an exhaust to make it QUIETER!!!!

I'm not first which try make it quieter. I have seen one apex with extra silencers after original muffler :D no picture sorry..

Weight it lighter with these suzuki mufflers vs. stock one but thats not a point.

Also had problem that track could make bottoming stock muffler and "bowl" dont like to get sled tail higher to make room...

Not sure is it quieter by dB but tone is nicer, i allready had test ride last spring with these.

Not exactly sure what you just said, but I DID hear you say the Tone is nicer.
If it makes you Happy & you have Fun tinkering, then you NAILED it!

Do those pipes eliminate the Y-pipe? Cuz that could be beneficial.

Next mod is put 2003 rx1 SS headers and pipes, because got 3 set of cracked (like in picture below) titanium headers...just cut off stock rx1 muffler and put these Suzuki mufflers instead it.
