Looking at taking out the transfer rods on my rx1 proaction. What do I replace the space with if taken right out where it attaches at the wheel at the top? What can I expect with this taken right out?

I did it on my mountain viper, works good for off trail use, i just grinded of the rods and youll have to put a strap around the shafts so the suspension doesnt go out more than with the rods. I do nt know if its a good mod for trail riding i know my center shock blew fast, and the suspension
gets softer wheelie warning but wasnt a problem for me

Well I set it to max transfer I am going to try this first. I really cant see this sled being a wheelie monster.

Well I took it for a ride and I am going to leave her be right there, the front is popping up enough for me now just the way it is. I was quite surprised to see it make that much difference.

No you have to put spacers on the upper shaft where the rods been and you have toput a strap around the shafts so it wont go to far out. I think moubtain performance had a kit, works really good depending on what type of riding you do, since you are ub coupkibg the skid it gets softer the xebter shock might swallow the bunp but the rear not abd sled kicks you in the butt, realky good mod for boondockibg where you can put your weight up front abd keep the nose down, not so good for steep hillclimbing.

Track ratcheting is also more frequent with this mod

i took mine out ,replaced it with a strap ,it was fun playin in the snow pulling wheelies, but on the trails it handles bad ,so i put it back and went the max on the setings and it is better ...also tighten up the front shocks ..
