Team Fast 136" M20 - 2011+ Apex XTX (Version 2.0)

Wiring harness is complete with flex loom and zip-tied in place. Now it's time to install all the body panels.

I'm still on track for a weekend completion of the M20 project. My snowmo-shop is pulling double-duty as farm repair service.

I'm finishing some final details this morning: testing HID's, spare belt relocation, snow flap and M20 decal. ;)!

Couple of last items I just remembered:

1.) Limiter strap adjustment

2.) Additional tunnel air line clamp

3.) Stock tunnel bolt modification

There's a bolt on each side of the sled that's too long and needs shortened. Under certain conditions, the track has the potential to slap the excess threads and become frayed.

I forgot to add this:

Wiring for the rear spring, dump and compressor only requires one DPDT (double pole, double throw) switch.

The rectangle, with 6 circles, represents the switch terminals and shows where each wire terminates. One direction of the switch activates the rear spring solenoids and the pump. The opposite direction activates the rear spring and dump solenoids.

The rear solenoids (blue wire), have to be energized on one set of poles, whether you're adding or subtracting air. The dump and pump functions, however, have to split between the other poles on the opposite side of the switch.

A ski shock and rear air spring set-up, like Viper Dave's, uses an additional DPDT switch to separate those functions.

A true electrician would scold me for my drawing...lol! Sorry, but I have to draw it out, like a 2nd grader, to read and understand it.
