When compression testing an RX-1, is it best to groung the spark plug coils or unplug and remove them?

When doing a leak down test, how much pressure and how long should the cylinder hold it?

Its best to remove the coils. If you leave the coils on ground them. Leak down should be no more than 10% to 15% Max. This is for an every day rider. Race sled would be 5%. Just my 2 cents.
