You can Make your our sync tool
with
12-15 feet of see through gas line
i mounted a nice long loop on a 3 foot 1x4
i drilled a 1 1/2" hang hole at the top
(for storage and hanging on the handlebar)
and 4 sets of 4 tiny holes to wire the 2 lengths
of gas line nice and straight(parallel) down the board
don't wire it too tight as to pinch the gas line
i mixed dark 2 stroke oil with varsol ( a few ounces each)
and put in about 2 feet of the oil combination in 1 end of the line and
let it drain into the bottom of the loop
first sync carb 2 and 3(pto side) #3 carb screw
then 1 and 3 with #2 carb screw
then reset idle
blip the throttle a few times and wait for it to idle down during each step
you have to plug the fuel pump lines (pulse)
as that is where you hook up to the carbs
the carb that is not being tuned needs to run the pulse for the fuel pump
just use a 20" chunk of fuel line to 1 of the pulse mounts
