When I go about 5-10 mph I hear a tick tick tick noise from sounds like the clutch side,What can this be?

jeeze dude you just posted 20 min ago! prolly lil noise from your primary i notice it more when at idle. sounds kinda tiny and rattles. i remember a post that said that it was normal cant remember which one tho i just looked over everything on that side just to make sure nothin was coming apart! ;)!

I work at a Yamaha dealer and IMO all the Nytro motors have a tick. Especially after break in all the Nytro's I service have a little tick. It is a charteristic of the motor I wouldent sweat it.

Maybe work on breaking in your sled, and reading you owners manual and less posting?? If you are going to post so much, start looking at who is online at the time, and if there aren't that many people online, be patient!! :whore: :o| ;):D

Well I am sorry if I just bought a 10,000 dollar sled and it was bothering me there was a ticking noise coming from it.

Get a few more mile on it first. Mine makes noise from the primary area, but it never changes, and always rides consistant. I think the Nytro is a very noisy sled, and it hasn't changed with just over 800 miles on it so far. Don't sweat it.

^^^^^He is right they are noisey sleds. if you think its really bad you can always take it to the dealer

THanks guys,No its not loud at all. But I was worrying about it but everyone who i asked that knew what they were doing all said the samething.

If I read right in your other post, you only have 38 miles, far from broken in. If you read the forums as much as I think, then Im sure you've read other threads about this. It's normal, and there's nothing wrong with your sled. Go put some miles on that thing!

Hey Nate,
how may yammies do you own? I've not posted in a while...didn't you have an Apex last year?
