Timbersled Customer Service Rocks!

I would like to share with all of you the fantastic customer service that Timbersled offers.

On January 20th I called Timbersled to tell them about my bent rear A-Arm on my Apex Mountain. Considering that the kit cost $1500 I was expecting to be told that a replacement arm was going to cost $300+! To my surprise the replacement arm was $120 complete shipped to Alaska. I received the replacement part on the 25th and I’m back up and running again!

I can’t thank the crew at Timbersled enough! Not only did they handle my phone call with an empathetic ear, but their prompt delivery to the Great Land is greatly appreciated!

I attached a pic of the problem part along with the updated part they sent.

Obviously they underestimated the strength of the original component and they had to do something to satisfy a number of customers before you.

The best part is they did back up their product and did not over charge for the fix. I think that says alot for a company!
