I have a couple of questions for the experts:

Does Timbersled offer a warranty on their rear suspensions? I just checked out their web site and came up with nothing.

What setting are you guys running on your Fox air shocks with the Timbersled rear suspension fitted to your Apex Mountain? In full gear I’m putting about 240# on the seat and I am getting beat up with my current setting.

I don't think many people have had to warranty them, but frankly Timbersled is a small shop with good customer service, so if you have a genuine problem you'll definitely get a response from Allen the owner, and if it's a design issue i'm sure he'll fix things right up.

Take a look at my "Leaning" thread, in a nutshell, I am running appx 90/140PSI in the shocks, 2nd hole out on limiter, and moved the rear mounting point up 1". I'm a similar weight to you.

This is for a mostly stock sled, if you are running boost you need to ask on the Turbo forums.

I have one on the Phazer and it works great there 125 Lb rider with 80 HP, but any of the turbo guys here have bent many a shaft and rails with them.

Ripped apart limiter straps and Stabbed tracks because of that.

But Timbersled has been active trying to fix stuff ---- so ????????

They are harder to set up for a good ride because of the falling rate rear shock,it will bottom easy on Big Hits so you need to set it up reactively hard with little sag . The update helps from what I hear.

They are a good company to deal with I use there frond ends on all my sleds.
