Just bought a 2003 RX1 and noticed I don't have to use the choke, even when cold to start... seems rich,so I pulled the airbox cover to find gas laying in there... It puts a mist of gas vapour out of the crankcas vent and carbs, especially the pto side carb... Is this normal? (I hope not...)

Leaking diaphram?

Should I be looking for engine damage? 9000 miles on sled..

rick...

check that the choke plungers are seating in the carbs.

Did all that... cleaned the carbs and found the float a little high on the cylinder that fogged back the worst.... starts alot better now. Maybe time for new needles and seats soon...
