So I had to adjust my chain tensioner 6 full turns after 35 miles. I also had to go to the local cat dealer for my new exhaust gasket and took the liberty to buy all of the ones they'd had in stock....(sorry xf7000 owners)

Anyone know the proper torque spec on the three bolts that hold the header to the can?

Wow! 6 turns that's a lot are you going finger lightly seated then back off 1/4 turn , you may have compressed the spring on the adjuster inside the case .
With 6 turns it seems like the chain would have been jumping !

Agreed, just finger tight then out at least one turn. I like to rock the secondary clutch to watch slack and see how it is and where I am going with adjustment just in case.

Finger tightened 6 full turns and backed off 1/4 turn and tighten the nut up.

Yes, the sled felt like it was taking a second to go after I hit the throttle...hoping this fixes the problem.
