Torsion Spring 'Hook' in Suspension

Been doing this cut-out for over 25 years. Never have had a spring come out.

Why again you guys need to remove the torsion springs so many times?

Makes it faster when you are removing and installing skid to relax the springs.
The nytro was a great set up where you rolled the saddle out of the way lifted the spring out. The pro cross sleds are more cumbersome.

Oh I see. I was reading how much easier the pro cross is to remove the rear skid compared to delta skid due to the sliding suspension.

It is, and this makes it even easier
