Makes it faster when you are removing and installing skid to relax the springs.
The nytro was a great set up where you rolled the saddle out of the way lifted the spring out. The pro cross sleds are more cumbersome.

Oh I see. I was reading how much easier the pro cross is to remove the rear skid compared to delta skid due to the sliding suspension.
