I purchased a track from Tracks USA at the end of the season last year.
I installed on my apex gt this year and run it about 1000 miles and noticed the lugs on one side looked like they were cracking. It is a camoplast 1" preditor with a 144 pedrilled studs down the middle. I sent pictures to Tracks USA and they sent them to camoplast. I guess they are going to replace it. They wanted me to take it of and send it to them. I would rather they sent me a new one first so that when I take it off I can replace it at the same time.
Is it wrong for me to ask for labor cost to change it? I don't want to be difficult but that sucks to have to take off the old one and replace it. What happens if the studs don't all come out easy and I have to replace some. Who should cover the cost of that? What do you guy's think?
Thanks, J-MAC
