Make sure you remove the front screw first. lOL Maxdlx
The screw would have to be out to move it 6 inches through the track window. Once you have it six inches through the track window the rest comes really easy anyhow so just pull it. I lock a vise grip on and yank away it will come pretty easy. I also spray a little WD40 on the slide and let it sit first too.

Are you serious?
Don't cut anything!!!!!! My god. Loosen your track a half a turn or so and round off the front of the slidder with a bench grinder. Spray some WD40 or Moovit on the slidders and tap them in. Cutt the track, come on.

Put the sled on it's side , with out any load on the track and skid , it will go in easy , no straps etc even necessary ! Bolts line up with ease.
To remove sliders , pull screw , knock back 6 in , just thru window ( yes they will fit )
then start sled turn track in reverse , out they come , line up , lube and drive new back on , taken 15 min.

Since this post is about installing new slides, I have a question about super slippery slides. I tried to install them on my 06 rage, and am having trouble with the slides cracking the flanges as they start to go the last 8 inches or so at the front of the rail. These thing are super stiff, and very difficult to install in that last 8 inches. Has any one had any experience with installing these and if so, did you have this same problem?
