Tri Keel or Precision skies

I need new skies. I have an 03 with 130 front springs, 11mm bar , longer links and it was still darting all over. Put the mountain rubber stops on to change angle of skies and totally got rid of darting. Problem, sled will not turn at high speed, 95- 105 on the gps. I have limiter sucked up a lot and min weight transfer and it will not turn at high speeds. I love it in the tight trails but scarry on fast lakes. I know a lot of post say the Simmons are the way to go but has anyone tried Tri Keel Skies with three carbides? I ride flowages and fasted groomed trails, not much deep powder riding. Thanks for any input.

Tri-keel is just a gimmick. Precision skis are small. The problem in turning on fast lakes is flotation... there is NO ski that can make a high speed turn on a lake "feel good", but the Simmons skis come closest.

Buy the Simmons and put on the Bergstrom triple carbides. You will be impressed.

To explain them will make me sound like an idiot, but if you hold up 3 fingers, and turn your hand over, that is what they look like. They have 3, 6" carbides, the center is straight, and the the two on the sides are angled, all on one wear bar. They grab like hell! I put these on the inside of the Simmons and the 4" on the outside. Plus you can actually turn on pavement or cement. So I actually have 8 carbides on the front (4 per ski). This guy is also the person who came up with the idea of the ski shim to prevent darting, he includes the shims with the wearbar order. Just put in Bergstrom Skegs into your search engine. Pretty cool website. This is probably the best money i've spent so far for front end control. I've done things a little different than most RX1 owners, I wanted ride and control before power, if I didn't have control and ride I was going to trade. Now I have that accomplished, I will work on the speed for next season. Must have the PERFECT sled. This hobby is worse than golf.
