I have 1998 4 place Triton trailer, Think its time to replace the axles before something bad happens. Anyone ever do this? Places to get replacement axles? 1 with brakes an 1 idler axle.

Got pics of why you feel the axles need to be replaced? Triton axles are usually "stock" replacements, i.e. they use common spring perch and hub face to face measurements. The axles should be easily sourced locally or via mail order. Measure from the center of the spring or the axle mount bracket across the trailer to the other center of the spring or axle mount that's the axle perch spacing. Then measure from the face of the hub (where the back of the rim mounts against) to the other hub face and that's you hub to hub measurement. Gonna guess at 52 PTP and 71 HTH on a Triton.

Only reason for replacement is they are very rusted, brakes dont work and not sure how long they will last. Bought the trailer used 2 seasons ago. No pics, its in storage.

Triton used a lot of Dexter axles. You can get replacements very reasonable online for complete axles, complete hub assemblies, brake assemblies, hubs, or any parts. Figure out which axles you have and find the prices online. It will likely help you make a decision. I don't see any reason to pay Triton for the significant markup on a standard commodity part that they had no part in the design of. They are just making money on the sale.
As far as should you replace or not . . . Besides the standard wear parts, the axle mounts are usually the first part to fail from rust. Check them out carefully. Also if the axles are severely rusted any other steel frame parts on the under-body are likely the same. Rust is not really a problem until it gets so bad that the part integrity is threatened.
