I sanded the light with 220 grit sandpaper, then sprayed it with frosted glass spray. And a coat of clear matt lacquer. I think it turned out well.
So I take it that the LEDs in there are red when on then and the case is just clear?
Any pics with the LEDs on?
Thanks!

Just bought the XTX tunnel bag from Sled Solutions ... VERY impressed. Great quality, fast delivery, made to fit under the exhaust but will still need the turnout. I also bought four 1.5 liter fuel Primos bottles instead of a Trail Tank, and they fit in the bag like it was made for them!

Does the rack come with the rubber pad? Was it polished or did you do it when you polished the tunnel?

The rubber pad is a stomp pad from a smowboard and I spent 3 min on polish on the rack

How did you run the wires? Under the tunnel? If so, how did you secure them and protect them from ice buildup?

I ran 3/8 plastic air brake line and riveted it with clips to the tunnell and ran the wires inside the line

Are those bottles able to take a standard pump nozzle to fill them? Was thinking of strapping one to each side of the tunnel w/ a nitrous bottle style clamp? Any negative feedback from anyone about trying this? Not crazy about the extra weight off the rack and fuel being high. Trying to lower the center of gravity.

Yes to the pump nozzle. Not sure about strapping to the side. Total fuel in 4 bottles is just over 1.5 gallons, adding about 9 pounds of weight on the tunnel. You shouldn't even know it's there. If your concerned, carry 2 bottles & cut it in half.
