Had sled dealer checked over at 250 miles for loose screws, bolts, belt, coolant level, oil levels, track tension and all was good. More correctly, after tightening turbo bolts, all was good. Did add a little coolant too.
Rode 250 more miles to get to 500 mile service... back turbo bolt GONE.
That's dissapointing!

That sucks! When I did my turbo bolts I ended up putting some high temp gasket maker on the threads and then re-installed and torqued bolts. Went riding on the weekend and just finished checking them and they are all still tight. The Nordlock washers would be the better route but nobody in my area sells them so figured I would try this first.

Did he really tighten the rear bolt. It is a PITA and maybe he said screw it too much trouble, who knows?
