I have answered you...when we talked. Yes those are the right tunes. I guessed correctly that you were from Wisconsin where fuel quality has shown problematic in years of doing high powered 1100 tunes. Reports of knock on powertrail on the 998 Turbo sleds are extremely rare and we never had an issue with this map..View attachment 143740 Here are the files I have from TD.... Is their anyway to verify these are the proper tunes for the 3” systems??
However playing with 3 inch exhaust cold air intake blow off valve makes more and more power.
Your 270hp map spikes to 290 on spool up now

Also when you say knock is it flashing red once intermittently because that ain't knock... If you are under power and it goes flash flash flash then it is real knock and back out of it.
Make sure to run 8900 to 9000 rpm at wot I've heard one report of knock on a sled lugging motor down 8200 to 8300rpm.

k cause it append to me yesterday on max spool 17 i have 3” exhaust witn cai, 3 bar map, bov and upgrade fuel pump but only when i stop and put anti lag on . the knock lights kept flashing from 0 to top speed but my rpms where good what was that? and i understand what your saying for pull down rpm when real knock.when i ride the knock light don’t flash !Also when you say knock is it flashing red once intermittently because that ain't knock... If it keeps flashing do not hold it back out.
Antilag can cause knock to stay. Its very rare but it can happen.it could also be a false detection as Antilag pops can be detected as knock.
.if you don't get any knock when riding but once on Antilag keep an eye on it when using Antilag. Tune it less aggressively...
Typically do not exceed 8psi on Antilag not hold it too long. Avoid over 5500 rpm Antilag setting as well

How are you getting 270hp on PT the max 16 w/CAI is barley 270?I’m questioning it because on fresh 93 octane I’m getting knock on 270 PT.....

That's fine maybe a fluke but don't let let it knock if you do Antilag get it on launch.k cause right now im 3100 rpm and 4 lbs boost

What clutches are you using? There's been talk that the stm primary can rattle and set off false knockI appreciate all the help guys.... I will update on my findings when i get it out on the lake Wednesday!!

On the 1100 sleds we sent different tunes for Wisconsin. Not on the 998... We don't have any issues with knock... We have a huge amount of tunes out there with no issues. This is the worst case I've seen.
I'm sure the fuel in that sled is absolute garbage OR his knock sensor is overly sensitive... Even at 16.5 psi he claims to see knock no way...
We have run 87 octane on max 20 for 500 feet before seeing knock and run max 20 on 94 octane.

Peak RPM should be 8800-9000 not 8300. Too much load on the motor
