I set one up a few years ago with a simmons cpr kit with a 2554 running 10 pounds boost.
I used supertips loaded to 66 grams with a 48/44 helix. Your gonna need a lot more but this will point you in the right direction.
What are you pulling for rpm,s right now with your set up otherwise no way no how can anyone help you.

not sure what the rpm,s max out at, too scared to look down.
I think the max is around 8600rpm which I should be able to adjust
with raising or lowering the primary spring rate on the top #.

last time I was out (last year) it was struggling to pull the high rpm's
in deep powder.

still repairing top shaft brg.

Turbo Vector

I used 8bu-10s fully loaded. the smaller diameter rollers. I think they are a 14.5mm and if memory serves me right a blue/pink yamaha primary spring. I used a purple EPI spring in the secondary with a twist of i think 0-1. And a shockwave helix. That was last year with my turbo vector with a 162 camo extreme. It pulled rpms perfect.

This year I am running the same setup in the primary with a team secondary with a black/lime spring with a 44degree helix and it pulls proper rpm as well. Clutches stay cool, only slightly warm to the touch.

You wanna shoot for 8400 on the tvec. For it to do 8400 climbing it may overrev slightly on the trail. It is easy enough to just not allow it to overrev on the trail though.

what kind of boost were you running at what elevation?

any idea of what your gearing is?

thanks for the help

Elevation was anywhere from 6500-10000 ft.

Can't remember what my gearing was at last year on the yamaha chassis. but this year with the ski doo it is at 19/43. I know because I exploded a chain out in a ravine this past weekend.

Wow the clutching could not be more Wrong.

I make clutch kits and tune clutches all over the world on boosted sleds from sea level to the highest elevations.

Call me

Ted.
