I also have considerably more wear on the right hyfax on both machines. Spent alot of time measuring - suspension appears sguare in tunnel, all parts are equal both sides, everything seems good. Also did a lot of weighing, balancing, etc. The sleds may be a bit heavier on the right. To compensate for the wear I run approx. two turns more ski press on the right and this keeps hyfax wearing quite even.
This past winter the ice broke the RA cables on both sleds so temporarily I have removed the assemblies. That said I have known since new that the RA protector guide holds the track up a bit on the left side and may have something to do with the uneven wear. My plan is to fix the RA assemblies, but not install till I plan on selling sleds, using a pocket screwdrive or ?? to adjust shock if required. Maybe in the mean time I'll be able to tell if this is the cause of the uneven wear.
