Well I'm having an issue with my 2015 viper just died on the trail yesterday. It blew the 15 amp fuse for the ISC motor, and after I replaced it all was good. I went out today and went to start it up, and the gage pod was dead, it would crank but no start. After some choice words I went inside came back out and tried it again, well after leaving the key on about 3-4 minutes the gauges came to life and it fired right up. I'm thinking the relays are sticking? I have been searching around and it seems the relays have a tendency to stick. Is there a solid state relay I could buy to replace these? Also I was wondering where I could find a wiring diagram? I am reluctant to take it in to the dealer because I have modified it with a 270 hurricane kit, and I know the first thing they are going to do is blame the installation. Besides I am an electrician and I figure if I had the diagrams I would be just fine. Also if anyone knows where all the grounding points are that would be a big help.
Thanks, Steveo

No solid state relays available unless you rewire. As a electrician you also know that a solid state relay always uses some power even when not activated. The circuit it is in therefore has to be switched mechanically otherwise the solid state relay will drain your battery or may be enough to keep the ECU awake which will drain batt very quickly. Wiring diagram is in the Service Manual. Main ground is at starter. Sub grounds are left side in front.

Thanks Cdale
Where can I find a service manual? I thought they were somewhere in this site but I can't seem to locate them.

We had the same problem at -21 deg the relays stuck the backup beeper was beeping I smacked the relay pack and it started

this was the reason I moved my fuse box so I could remove the relays and warm them up. That being said my sled started two days in a row after being out all night at -36C

Check the the fuel pump wiring under the seat b, make sure it's not getting pinched or anything , we had one come in blowing this fuse and the fuel pump wire was rubbing the battery hold down bracket....

Hey thanks a lot for all the replies guys! I will check the wiring under the seat for sure! Do they have the service manual on TY site? Thanks again!

Do you know the part number for the fuel pump relay? Are all the relays in the fuse box the same number? Thanks!!

The fuel pump , ISC , fan and a couple others are the same relays , don't know part numbers off hand ....

I'm real impressed with the manual because the wiring diagram is blurry And can't see what's what ....
