I have a 2014 sr viper ltx se and it will not start. I started it one month ago after sitting all summer and it started right up. Last weekend went to start it and the battery was gone. (Bad cell) I replaced the battery and still will not start! The starter engages and will go for a short time until the battery dies. Any help with this would be wonderful.

Start with the basics. If it ran just a while ago the answer will be very simple. Gas, air spark. Did you undo any wires? Kill switch off? Just spit balling here.

Filled the gas tank. Pump runs kill switches are good. No idea what to look at next. Does anyone know what the lastest recall on the vipers are?

Dumb question! But is the kill switch off on the bars! It happened to me once, it still cranks over but won't run.

No I made sure to check that. The fuel pump won't run with the kill switch on.

Sounds like the battery could be on it's way out. Hook into a car charger or booster pack and try.

Do you have a trickle charger to leave it on over night? i suggest pulling the plugs out and making sure they aren't fouled. Is there any chance mice could have gotten in there and chewed up anything? That's happened to a lot of people over the years.

Finally got it running the fuel line must have been air locked. Right at the fuel rail. I unhooked the fuel line along with many other things and that's what I'm going with.
