I did stretch it out to a 144" using another Muffin Works tunnel extension, a re-worked XTX skid with Ice Age rails and Ohlins shocks and a 144" Camoplast Crossover track. I got some help last year from some fellow TY members on how to mount the XTX skid along with some advice on the shocks and track selection.

I've also got a set of Simmons Gen 3 skis to check out this year along with some clutching changes that I made last year.

I'll try to post up some pics once the snow flies.

Beautiful sleds! Without a doubt the 4 nicest yamahas I've seen! Hard to choose a favorite...but that viper is sweet,srx is awesome too, then there's the 2 Apex's...you are one lucky and tallented SOB!

Thanks for the comments. Here's a few pictures of the red/white VX1R with the 144" XTX skid with Ohlin's and the Star suspension kit along with a 1.5" lug Crossover track. These mods have really made a difference in both ride and handling.
