Well, I do not know about a weak issue with the fuel pumps. Mine would leak gas down the vacuum hose, making it hydrolock the motor in the morning, and it was mixing gas with the oil. Another sign that they where shot was after you ran it awhile and then you shut it off, let it sit for about 10 mins or so, start it back up, it would sputter, as the gas was dripping down the vacuum hose, making it to rich. I am sure the members on here remember how many issues I was having with the carbs on mine, fuel pump, and starter. Luckily all that is fixed. Back to the fuel pumps being an issue, my sled has 18,000 miles on it, and when the first fuel pump went, the second one went also. My grandfather has an 05 rage (not sure if the rage uses the same fuel pump as my 08 vector) but those fuel pumps are still original on his sled. I mean 18,000 miles is not bad at all. If after another 18,000 miles I need two new fuel pumps, that will not hurt my feelings. They are only 50-60 dollars for one, so 120 dollars give or take for two. I can deal with that after another 18,000, haha. (Barn Of Parts) makes the Bulkhead saver kit, his name is Travis. Not sure what the phone number is to his place, I just ordered though the internet. (Barn Of Parts), search that, and it should come right up. He is also on this forum, from time to time. I think that is the only place to buy them, as he is the one that made them. I also bought the 13mm sway bar from him also. The 13mm sway bar is suppose to be a huge upgrade for the handling of the sled in the corners. It makes it so the sled is less tippy, more planted to the trails when going threw a corner. Let me know if you find his web site, and what items you buy!! This thread is the place to post the summer upgrades/mods.Are the fuel pumps a weak issue with these sleds, I haven't had a bit of trouble with mine yet? Also is their only one place that makes the bulkhead saver kit?

Ok, just am able to upload some photos. Picture 2,3,4,5 is of the 13mm sway bar, and the bulkhead saver kit I got from Barn Of parts. Picture 6 is of my original headlight bulbs, that have 18,000 miles on them. Last picture is of the tri-mount handguard mounts for my powermadd sentinel handguards.

Here is how the tri-mount handguards look on my sled, along with the HID kit from sledstart. The bulkhead saver kit, and 13mm sway bar I am going to install a little later. Notice how I am making my sled into an Apex mountain? HAHA!!

Quick question about this windshield. This windshield was brand new last year. I never take it threw trees, scratching it up. I keep the dust cover on it, along with my factory Yamaha cover in the summer time. And yet see how it is scratched up? Those are not finger prints either. Just wondering if all you have this problem with you windshields, and if so is there any way to make this go away on this windshield? It is weird because I never am hitting branches, or any thing like that. Any help on this problem?

Upper 13s to low 14s. The 14.1 seen in the picture was at idle.
If it starts dropping into the 12s, & ultimately below 12v, the charging system (stator) is failing or has failed. The battery alone in good condition will be above 12v.
