What is This Part? 2013 Apex

2013 Apex.
Had the sled apart and can’t figure out where this goes. Anyone know what it is?
Looks like it clips onto a hose.

I believe its on the fuel pump

I see it on the parts diagram. I had the tank off and it goes over the connection where the fuel line clips to the pump.
