What options would you like to see?

What factory options would like to see on the sleds? For instance I would like to see a dash mounted GPS, a built in compass or a heated shield pig tail.

I like to sleep in and the (enter favorite description here) who like to let their sled warm up for a half hour next to my window when I'm trying to sleep just blows me away. As usual it's the two smokes and generally doesn't apply to Yamaha so bring on the GPS. PK

Basically, why can't I get online and configure a sled the same way that I can configure a car? And then order it.

Why should I have to pay twice for things like winshields, skis, tracks, bogey wheels, etc...? If you don't like the ones that come with your sled now, you have to spend ADDITIONAL money to get the ones you do want and then you are left with the stock crap you didn't want in the first place. It's STUPID!!

I totally agree with QCRider. We should be able to order a sled the same way you order a car. The price of a sled is getting close to autos.

I would really like to see a storage system similar to what Doo offers where you can haul gear or extra fuel.

Polaris had the "build your own sled" concept the year the Viper came out. I thought it was a brilliant concept and wish it had become more popular forcing the other manufacturers to copy it.

Not really options, but should be standard.

Rather than more gadgets, how about grease zerk fittings for the clutch-side drive and jackshaft bearings, and track wheels with removeable/replaceable bearings?

I'd like to see remote oil filters and maybe a hood again. People love to see the four holer! and the proper springs for different weight riders!

I like the idea of an XM or Sirrus radio, but definately an outside temp guage. It would be nice to know when your in danger of being stuck out on deteriorating trails!
The gearing and color options would probably be the easiest to add for options, but lets all just let our dealers know we want options! (graphics, more colors, gears, tracks, etc..)
