(Stock)I just tried the trick of grinding off a tooth, I've seen some go two teeth less, and claim that brings it real close.
At 134 mph unless you have extreme track slippage you should be well over 110 mph. At 121 speedo, on my '06 ER on hard pack non studded, GPS shows 109 mph and the GPS is spot on with radar.

I weigh 200# with all gear on. Last year on groomed hardpacked trail with my stock 07 RTX I pulled 124 on the dream-o-meter. Looking to add some slightly larger wheels this year. I will let you guys know if I gain anything.

I agree, I'd say you were damn close to 120. At 118 on my speedo I clocked 111 on GPS on TQ93.

Has anyone found that the speedo is off by the same amount between models or they are all different? I don't have another apex that i ride with so i haven't been able to compare.
114 on the dream-o-meter. Fairly hard-pack on lake Gogebic. Loaded Yammi saddlebags. 07 Attak gt, 162 studs up the middle, Simmons skis.
165 lbs without gear.

Just barely out runs my buddies 600 sdi. It really rips out of the hole though (shorter races i have beaten several Apexs)... not sure what to do. I have discovered some idler wheel bearings were shot, will check em all soon. Any suggestions?? maybe try 23t top gear?
Put in that 23 gear.
Ill try the 23t top gear, i gonna take a look at my clutch also, maybe go back to the original clutch.
