2019 SRX LE
I ordered a new ltx le so i am selling my 2019 srx. My question is i have already bought and installed all the preventive things for the srx like a drive shaft saver, belt guard, 4 wheel kit along with others, I also have a storm track with approx 150 studs in it that has around 1000 miles on it. My question is that would you wait till you got the new sled and take all this stuff off and swap it on the new one? Im mainly talking about the 4 wheel kit and the track so i don't have to buy studs for a ripsaw track im not thrilled with and then sell the srx with the new ripsaw track, Just trying to be somewhat responsible to save a little coin thanks

I'd wait and swap the track. That track and studs is probably somewhere in the neighborhood of $1,000?!?! And you're still selling a sled with a brand new track.

My question would be what are you planning to do with the LTX? Why are you not thrilled about the Rip II 1.25" track?

My friends have the ripsaw 2 they don't care for it i wasn't impressed with it either, the storm is nice for the deeper snow and like i said its studded so i can save some money

Well now i now why you would want to ditch the SRX, If it's deep snow rideability you want why not just go with a Back Country 1.75" Camso? Or better yet an uncoupled 146 XTX?

Just wondering why you want to get rid of the srx?

Mileage and longevity, this puts off having to buy another brand of snowmobile for several years my srx has around 8k on it other than that nothing wrong with it its been a good sled also miss my power steering from my apex

Those parts that are on the SRX are gonna be what gives it more value. Taking them parts off is going to net you that $1000 loss probably, at least $800. Either sell the SRX the way it sits and invest that money into the new sled or keep both.
I upgraded from my 15 MTX Viper with a turbo to an 18 sidewinder XTX and was gonna sell the MTX but I’ve done so much to that thing and it only had 2800 miles so I kept it. Have a ton of money in my Winder but bought a new XTX LE EPS this year and now I’ll have all three. Winder has 4700 miles, viper has 3200 miles and zero on the new one when it gets here. I’ll be riding Yamahas for years to come. If a sled is paid for and still runs great, I don’t need the money so I’m just adding to my arsenal.
