Where's the starter relay i need help?

HELP i have know idea where the relay is and i cant get the phazer to start im not sure what is wrong with it so i wanna try the relay first before anything. every thing works the gauge pod light comes on the fuel pump comes on and then i crank it over and it CLICKS noting else. check it with a volt meter and it says 12 when turning key please help.

I call the one by battery a solenoid.The big red wires go to it.Just try jumping the bolts the big red wires are on.If it turns over then you know the solenoid is the problem.If not there is a relay behind the ECU which is on right bottom of sled.I guess those can freeze also.

well got good news its starts and runs...with a screw driver so thanks guys for the help i now know what i need.
