Who's clutch weights are these?

anyone know who's clutch weight these are? They weigh in at 62g/ea and looks like they were in with a stock spring from what I can tell. Just trying to figure out if I put them in what spring to go with. I have put this sled back to complete stock so I know what changes I make will do.
