wiring schematic or shop manual 2009 vector

Have some electrical issues with a buddies sled. New battery installed. Fuses all good at battery and at fuseblock.

Question ?

When you turn your key on do you see gauges move at all. Meaning do needles go up then back down ? I know no lights come on etc until after unit has been started
Anyone have a copy of shop manual or wiring schematic of run and start circuit ?

Gauge will not light up until the unit is running. Thats a non efi unit. Manuals are only given out from this site for VIPs users.
