Apex Riders.

Even though WRP makes a mountain seat for the Apex we are considering manufacturing a seat kit for all other styles of riding. This seat would consist of new foam and new cover. The seat would mount on your the OEM seat pan and retail for around $350.00 (Oem Apex seat is over $600.00)

What options would you like to see in the seat?

Taller?
Shorter?
Softer?
More Firm?

Any help would be appreciated.

And yes this thread was started awhile back and I was banished for hard selling without a license. But I am legit now.

4 inches lower at the back. 4 inches higher at the front, shaped like a saddle. More storage than stock and removable with no tools. More fuel would be good.

X2. This exact seat as described by Bionic -- 3 inches taller, grip top and with firm foam that doesn't compact or sink. You make that for the stock pan and I'll even upgrade from my Boss seat to that.

i would settle for 2 or 3 inches taller. either is fine with me. foam that is a little firmer than stock would be great.

i have wanted a taller seat since 2006 but i have not been impressed with the options available up to this point. most are way too expensive or poor quality

I would like it to be very much like the new Apex seat, about 2" higher, firmer foam and just as wide as the tunnel. (not go past out of the tunnel on the sides, like it does now)

And please keep the storage.

Wow I'm suprised how many people want the seat to be taller?.. the seat on the apex is really tall as it is?.. I would want it about 2" lower or the same as stock. If anything much lighter then stock

machz69 - you want lower remove the seat cover and trim away 2-3" and recover... easy. Much harder to go higher.
