Curious if anyone has any shock pressures, either front, middle, or rear for the XTX LE with the Fox evols that are working well?
Any tips on setting up the evols or how the different chambers effect the ride? This is my first time running those.
On the first big ride last week, I thought the sled was transferring weight and riding over the chatter ok, but I was getting some bottoming on the rear skid. I checked things out the next morning and found most of the shocks were pretty soft compared to the specs in the manual. I adjusted all the pressures to spec, but it didn't take long to find out that it now rode much worse with almost no transfer/ski lift (why am I not surprised). I have softened things back up, but haven't had a chance to ride it again.
Anyone have any thoughts on suspension theory with the uncoupled skids? Per the service manual - stiffer front shocks will INCREASE the rear transfer - but I am not sure how that will effect ski lift? I would have thought the opposite.
