XTX Reinforcements

I was happy to see they reinforced the rails and the sub-frame. Here are some pics:

I'm not too sure why they reinforced the front clip. It's not like all the 08's were bending or breaking. Why change a perfectly good design after 1 season?

Must be part of the 11 geometry mods for 09!! better handling I bet. really allows the sled to corner flatter & more predictable through the whoops.

Guaranteed I will be taking your XTX for a rip or two. Gotta see what all the fuss is about!!

when are you picking yours up?

For a little bit of fun, we should swap front ends for a month or two. see which one is better on my sled. lol

Thanks for posting the pic of the bottom of the front clip. Are the a-arm mounting points tied into that plate as well? Do they look any different?

Part numbers just became available to update the 08s to 09s two days ago for us up in ak. Part numbers are similar but the first three letters and and last four are alittle different, the middle is the same pretty much.

I didn't realize that Yammy was going to reinforce the rails on the XTX. I don't remember reading that in all the literature on the new Yammys.

That, along with the upgraded shocks, were the reason I chose the SE. Hmmm, interesting.

The suspension arms look the same as the do on the Yami website. I do not notice any additional bracing.
