looking for ski's for xtx was thinking curve's or slydog's anyone tried different ski's.mostly trail but do off trail also .

Does anyone know how wide the curve skis are? Seems like they may be the ticket for a trail ski, but not so much as an off-trail ski?

Our skis are 7.25" wide up front, 7" out back and the ski necks down in the center to form our compression profile.

Curve XS skis are an exceptional off-trail ski as well. With the skis variable surface area, the front of the ski has greater flotation than the center. This causes the center of the ski to sit below the snow surface and the tip of the ski to sit above the surface. If the tips are up and you are moving forward, to the top you go!

We are offering "Show Pricing" for one week at the end of the month.

I got my XYX today and i had the dealer put on a Set of Pilot Mountians White/Black Camo and White loops they look nasty all the guys at the dealer and me had Chubbys lookin at mine next to a Stock White XTX ive heard they are good. you figure Simmions sued them and they are on Doo's and you dont hear Doo riders complain about them and when i ride with my friends with Doo's after a day on my Apex and I feel like i went 5 rounds with Mike Tyson from turnin and what not and they are still fresh ill say the Ski's are good for me

Curve all the way !

These guys are there when you need them.

I'm not a fan of any of the ski-doo ski's but perhaps they work a little better on the Nytro. On the Doo's they can work well sometimes, but dart like crazy other times. I would say they're better than the stock Yami setup. Dual runners and shims make a huge difference on the yamis.

I've heard good things about the Curve skis and the customer service seems very good but they seem a little pricey. I'm not saying it's not worth the cost but the Slydogs were alot cheaper so I'm giving them a shot this year.

I had slydogs on my 08 nytro. Not overly impressed! Not worth the $$$ over stock. Sorry; just being honest.
