I agree to a certain extent. But remember, we took Malinowski at the peak of his game and he was very limitted on what he could do with the Nytro.
And yes, Tucker is flat out awesome!!

Sorry but look at Malinoski last year and this year he is not winning either!!! Numbers have allot to do with this now you have a 2/30 chance on making a final while other manufacturers have a much better chance with more riders. There riders also get more seat time since they can ride the stock class. Riders are up and down Ross Martin won both classes three years ago lately he has not been on top his game and he still rides the Red sleds. The sport is tough and competitive so everyone will go through ups and down and thats why the numbers will always play in.

Another thing going against Yamaha when racing sno-x, is Numbers! I think there is only 2 Pro riders riding yamaha sleds. That puts the odds of a Yamaha making a good show, a little tougher.
With that being said, I still think they have a long way to go to be competitive. The sled is inferior for racing in sno-x against the other 3 factory race sleds.

But Im not nieve enough to believe that the sled doesnt play a huge part in their results. If you think Steve taylor and Ian Hayden arent spending a Chit load of time on the track, your wrong. In the stock class, they have a heat race and then a LCQ, whats that? 12-14 laps on a track that they are missing out on each race weekend? Im sure they spend every day possible on a practice track during the week and weekends they are not racing.
Not trying to start a battle with you, but the Nytro chasis is not up to par with the other sleds.On or off the track. JMO

I am sure they spend as much practice as any other rider but seat time on a given track helps!!! Every track is different. I can practice at track X all day long but if track y is not the same I want as many laps as i can to learn where to be faster on track y. I agree the sled does need soe work but look at the IQ in 04 when it came out how many national wins??? 0 is the answer now look at it 4 years later it is the cream of the crop. Look at the XP not many national wins yet give it a year or two maybe every new sled chassis goes through its growing pains

LOL you don't have to agree!! I don't mind a good debate. I come from the racing side and have been racing snox and now CC for 8-9 years. this year I am sponsored on a Yamahs so my opinion may be biased..
