Everyone hit on what I'd like to see, so here's the BEST of the BEST ideas... for me , at least:
1. Oust the barometric pressure reading for outside air temp (What the hell can you use barometric pressure readings for... Does Yammie thing we can remap the fuel-2-air ratio by knowing the air pressure?)
2. Make the right blue switch a "MODE" switch to select between Hand, Thumb and Ohlin settings and the left blue switch as up & down. No more reaching to the gauge to select shock mode... No more taking your hands off the bar...
3. Proactive on the RTX... (Setup for ditch banging like the Nytro of course)
4. Grease fittings on all moving parts.
5. Beef up the front arm bushings, especially on the frame end. (Have you inpsected yours lately? The excessive play will give you a heart attack!)
6. Idler Wheels that don't delam? Geez, maybe use your old supplier that was proven for 20 years!
7. Handwarmers that work...
8. Finally, more customization option for Spring Checking...

Working handwarmers like my 05, but look like the 06.
Speedo with some reality.
A 170 hp class 4-stroke. [with out turbo ]
20 lbs lighter up front.
14" rear travel to stop bottoming.
Belt drive, no chain.
Grease zerks on drive shaft.
Bigger list of options in the spring.
Add air temp to the gauge.
Light 4-stroke twin, about 100 hp for entry level.
Same twin, set up to ditch bang.
For me to have the money to buy a 07 or 08...

How about a cheaper sled how did we ever arrive at 11 grand ,when you can barely get 5k for them the following year, makes me want to switch brands or buy a leftover new sled. :ORC
Wish List?
I would love to see a reiteration of the SRX in the Apex/Attak body style, with a version of the High Pressure Direct Injection 2 stroke technology that currently exists in the Yamaha outboard motor division. Anyone else thought about this?

PINK is the NEW BLACK.

Black Attak GT - Definitely.
I would like to see:
Handwarmer fix
BILLET Spindle housings
Nuts welded to the grease points for the zerks.
A built in GPS display.
Bar hook delete option
Fox float & GYTR resevoir front shocks avail. on all models
136 & 144 EC Mono shock
Easier access to plugs and maintenance items (from what I hear)
Molded registration sticker reliefs for alum. plates in the side panels
Other than that, Yamaha did a pretty good job this time around

- turn the dreamometer into a speedometer (more accuracy),
- Fuel guage where 10 bars would equal 10 gallons of gas and 1 bar would equal 1 gallon of gas (more accuracy),
- Tach and speedo recall feature holding highest (or entire run down the lake) RPM and speed in memory,
- GPS would be awsome.
Yamaha Accesories
- electric vest (XXXL) so that I can keep the cool stock wind ornament on when it gets really cold

GPS and every elctronic display the Polaris gauge gives.
Accurate speedo
A wider range of build it options during spring check in (everthing from snow flap size to shock package, track size, color, hooks/no hooks, skidplate etc)
Clear info on what the accessory plug can and cannot do
BTW: Yami seems to have hit a home run this year, like to see them take us to an unchartered new level of choice and quality
Absolutely, I hate to buy things twice. There is no reason I can't choose from the factory which handlebars, track, bogey wheels, skis, ski color, WINDSHIELD, Studs, Snow Flap, Trim Accents I want on my sled the day it is delivered.

Simple rear shock adjustment
I would like to see a rear suspension shock in Apex/Attak similiar to my YZ450F motocrosser. Threaded locking collars, unlimited adjustment and real easy to adjust. The circlips and preload adjuster that is currently on my 06 went out with the stone ages. The Olins shock is setup that way, why not the KYB.
