Replace them or tighten them up some. Bucking bar (chunk of metal) and hammer one can squish them tighter...

The Apex/Vector 16 and up relay rods are longer than what is on the fx nytro.

The ones I purchased for our 16 vector are stainless steel from Travis.

You will find that the bushing holes that the bushings sit in the aluminum relay rod will be egg shaped and worn. Barn of parts has steel relay rods with the Yamaha bushings installed in them. Better for long-term use. Worth a call to them and see if they still offer them.

Ya, what i don't get is why nobody offers a replacement intake tube to turbo with the so called cold air intake. We plug off the roll over port and who uses the warm air port back into intake?!

Best to mock it up in sled and check static clearances. I have had my secondary at full shift leave marks on the jackshaft bearing holder. After further adjustments I had took a black sharpy and colored bearing holder to make sure it was not touching. Also make sure spacer clears movable sheave...

Use air hammer on inside bearing race after and wheel will be off in 3 seconds.

Last fall I did mine. New inner chain case with bearings and seals installed from yamaha. Also replaced brake caliper assembly. Drives haft was good. Only took it out for one ride last winter due to crappy snow conditions. Rode my nytro rest of winter.

It will blow air at my face if the vent is in the full open position. I just run it one notch from full open. The vents are 5 position so still plenty of air coming in. Works best with soft sides closed.

I mounted the vents in the windshield. With the soft sides, front and rear windows it will create a positive pressure in the cab and keep the engine heat out.

With no engine run codes I would check fuel pressure and have the injectors been cleaned since it's an 06 setup.

Looks like a fun project. When the low fuel light comes on it will show miles traveled on cluster since low fuel light comes on. Looks like that is what is going on in your video.

More miles on the yxz this summer than on sleds last winter. Winter will come again with fierce blizzards soon!

Thats what I paid my dealer to our vector. Its a full days job.
