I am having the exact same issue after installing mine....rode 300 miles and could smell something similar to melting slides the whole trip and could not figure out why. Did you ever confirm this was your smell?

Does it have to be a v-nose or any 6x12? thanks

LOoking at a snowpro clamshell 10 footer It looks pretty good shape overall We live in rust belt the dexter torsion axel is quite rusty could it be sanded and painted or avoid?

I need a high beam switch for my sidewinder but yammy only sells the whole assembly at over 100 bucks when i need the 2 dollar little blue button. They are the same on the viper. Has anyone sourced just the buttons?

Thats why i made this post.... I'm reading the viper was the same way but people were sourcing just the buttons

Anyone know a part number for the high beam button? I broke mine and all i can find is that whole assembly i just need the button.

2500 miles of freaking abuse on my stock 8jp.

Mine had no washer from stock. 2400 miles so far no issues.

It really all is in just the rear extension, Only thing else bent really is the bumper. I have a buddy who is a really good body man who has the gear to fix it. But i am hearing the extension is only 250 buckish. I don;t think i did enough damage to warrant an insurance claim.
