03 rx1 vibrating handlebars

at any rpm even at idle my handlebars vibrate like crazy. At first i thought it was a drive line vib but it doest it at idle also.LAST WEEKEND WHILE RIDING WITH THE KIDS ON BOARD AROUND 6000 TO 7000 RPM CONSISTANTY MY THROTTLE HAND only almost went numb and now 3 days later my arm is still sore. any ideas any cures.

Try a new drivebelt, clean sync the carbs, make sure your choke isn't partway on, and adjust the rotation of the lever until it is most comfortable. Use that order.

I would check the primary clutch for balancing. Weights may be off or maybe missing something. A bad belt blow sometimes throws something out of wack.

what do you mean by adjusting lever rotation?

Loosen the bolts and rotate it on the handlebar until it points in the direction you like best.
