Sometimes it works , sometimes it doesn't.
Anyone know what the problem is and how to make it work all the time?
If it quit totally I would assume the wire broke but it works about 75% of the time.
Yammie gave me a rebuilt replacement and the wire was zip tied like the service memo when it was put in a year ago.

Sounds to me like the wire is broken again. However this time maybe not in two pieces. A wire can only flex in a tight radius so many times before the conductor actually breaks. Like bending a paper clip back and forth. That would be the worst case senario. The simple solution is to check the conectors at the bulkhead on the side of the sled and make sure they are completely engaged. If nothing shows, then see if someone can wiggle the wire as you try to adjust the shock from the bar control.
